Within five minutes of meeting you, I’ll have mentioned I’m a Californian, a songwriter, and a guitar player.
I am a graduate of California State University, Northridge (1991), and the University of Washington (1993, 1995). Since 2000, I have taught in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
When I’m not teaching, grading, graphing, cooking, reading, sleeping, or being trained by my cats to serve, I can usually be found at my local coffee house, or anywhere else I can borrow a guitar, singing and rousing the rabble.
